We had an outdoor frost-free hose bib (an outdoor spigot) added in the backyard for my husband’s garden. Carlos did the initial inspection and was very courteous, informative, and worked with us on our needs & budget. Dustin H then performed the installation. Dustin did a great job, was timely, figured out a way to complete the install without having to drill additional holes into the house (found an existing placement option), and made sure no piping was hanging low. We had a great experience with Tara and Patriot from start to finish. I called on Tuesday to schedule maintenance for both of our HVAC units, and they were able to come out the very next day. Tara did an excellent job and was thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and very personable. She took the time to walk me through everything and clearly explain the condition of both systems, including a couple of smaller items that needed to be repaired. The company needed to order a few parts, and Tara even offered to come back first thing in the morning on her day off to install them. I told her that was not necessary, but it was incredibly kind of her to offer. Someone else from the company came out Friday morning, and the repairs were completed promptly. Everyone who came to our home was professional, helpful, and did a great job. The entire process was quick, organized, and easy.
